Mondano features a new menu each month, with the freshest seasonal offerings from across the globe. Here's what you can expect in April.  (All dishes subject to availability at the time of your visit.)

Artisan New York-Style Pizzas for April

Hand-stretched, 10-inch pies baked on steel with gourmet toppings.

  • 12The Classic Mozzarella
    San Marzano tomato sauce, hand-shredded whole-milk mozzarella, and a whisper of fresh oregano.
  • 13The Margherita
    Hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, torn basil, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • 15The Mondano Bianca
    Crisp bacon, gorgonzola dolce, and a drizzle of hot honey, topped with peppery fresh arugula.
  • 16The Mortadella
    San Marzano tomato sauce, delicate mortadella, fresh burrata, and toasted pistachios, finished with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 15The Pizza Rustica / Pizza Chena
    An Italian Easter tradition! A savory pie crust filled with mozzarella, pecorino Romano, and ricotta cheeses, with salami, mortadella, capocollo, sausage, and spinach. Served with a fresh seasonal side salad.

    A crisp breaded pork cutlet topped with a rustic bell pepper & tomato sauce, served with buttered spaetzle and wine-braised red cabbage.
